You’ll gain confidence in watercolor techniques with expert instruction, as this class gives ample background in working with this beautiful (but tricky) medium. After practicing with painting, you'll focus on applying those techniques to a chosen letter for a final project. Using high-quality supplies, masking fluid to protect areas of your paper, and supportive guidance, this project is versatile for the beginner painter or experienced student.

Whether you’re celebrating a loved one’s initial, creating a custom monogram, or making something meaningful just for you, this project is perfect for framing or gifting and will certainly be an art piece you’re proud of.

📌 Note:

This event is geared towards adult learners, but teens 13+ are welcome to join a parent or guardian.

What You’ll Learn:

✔️ Explore composition and balance when arranging elements inside or around a letter — choose your favorite letter in class, there will be templates available

As the illustrator of two published Crayola coloring books — available on shelves at major retailers like Michaels — Lauren brings a signature style of bold floral linework and a passion for accessible creativity.
