Linocut Carving & Printing: Studio Sessions (Three Days)
Three consecutive days of printmaking for beginners • All supplies included
This three-day experience is designed to introduce you to the art of linocut printmaking, which includes the hands-on process of carving into a linoleum block and hand printing. Each two-hour class will give you plenty of time to learn, experiment, and create your own original artwork, plus give you a solid foundation for exploration beyond class.
With three days right in a row, you'll gain confidence as you learn to use carving tools, create different types of marks, and pull prints in a variety of colors. No drawing or printmaking experience required, and templates and reference designs will be available if you'd like more guidance. Your instructor will show you the entire process, included pro-tips for sharp cuts and crispy prints, and will encourage your experimentation along the way.
Complete the session and leave with clarity, stronger technical skills, and a deeper connection to your creative process of printmaking!

This event is geared towards adult learners, but teens 13+ are welcome to join a parent or guardian.
