Take some time to reflect through art journaling, noticing small joys in life and recording moments of gratitude. Paired with conversation guided by Junior League of Lehigh Valley, you'll enjoy gathering around the table with likeminded women in this relaxed creative experience.
Our activity includes expressive art making in a personal kraft journal, which is provided along with all art supplies for this workshop. You'll take part in open-ended prompts to invite you to think about what you're grateful for, what has shaped you as a person, and what you'll carry forward in life.
Feel free to tear paper, write, draw, or make abstract journal spreads — there are no rules and no "right" way to make your journal! You’ll have plenty of materials at the ready, but if you'd like to bring a few small personal items to incorporate into your pages, we welcome that as well.
Spend an evening connecting through creativity, though no art experience is necessary, only a willingness to explore! You'll leave with a gratitude journal of your own and a deeper connection to yourself, your purpose, and the community of women around you.
