Ready to fall in love with modern calligraphy? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of brush lettering using mess-free brush pens — perfect for adding beauty to your everyday. This workshop is designed with beginners in mind and focuses on building strong foundational skills to help your lettering flourish.

The first portion of this class will invite guests to learn the basics of calligraphy, forming the lowercase alphabet and connecting letters with emphasis on spacing and structure. Then, the class will build on that knowledge by crafting paper seating place cards, menus, or other stationery items to compliment their holiday table settings. Wax seals plus dried florals will bring together the decorative lettering for these special pieces, adding to your special holiday decor!

This event is geared towards adult learners, but teens 13+ are welcome to join a parent or guardian.

Whether you're a complete novice or a seasoned crafter, this class is designed to inspire and excite you! Our beginner-friendly workshop is geared toward adult learners, but this particular instructor has PA clearances to safely work with teens (age 13+). Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian attend the workshop with them, and a signed liability waiver is required prior to class.
