Friday Open Studio for Preteens & Teens

End the week with relaxed, creative studio time! Our Friday Open Studio sessions are designed as a flexible add-on to summer camps, but they’re also open to any young artist (ages 10-17) who wants extra time to make art and explore.

Sometimes our summer program students need a little more time to finish a project they’re excited about, or they’re simply not ready for the creativity to end. On Fridays, we open the studio for a low-pressure creative session where preteens and teens can continue working on projects, experiment with new materials, or explore something completely fresh.

Instead of a formal lesson, the studio operates as a guided open studio. Instructors are present to offer suggestions, answer questions, and help students stay engaged while giving them the freedom to explore their ideas.
