Step into a calm, creative space and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of watercolor painting, inspired by the natural beauty of blooms and floral elements. Using real botanicals as our inspiration, you'll enjoy observational painting as a foundation, but use loose brush strokes and expressive washes to create a beautiful composition, with drawn ink pen additions that bring it all together.

In this guided class, you’ll learn how to paint soft botanicals using easy freeform techniques, with no pressure to be “perfect.” You'll gain control of the brush and washes of paint, completing a still life painting with touches of ink pens for details. Be proud of the new sills you'll gain and connection to your own creativity with this exploratory class!

This event is geared towards adult learners, but teens 13+ are welcome to join a parent or guardian.

Important Details:

Whether you're a complete novice or a seasoned crafter, this class is designed to inspire and excite you! Our beginner-friendly workshop is geared toward adult learners, but this particular instructor has PA clearances to safely work with teens (age 13+). Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian attend the workshop with them, and a signed liability waiver is required prior to class.
