For beginners to candle making • Pour a candle with a scent that reflects your style!

Discover the relaxing art of candle making in this fun, beginner-friendly workshop! Guests will experience sampling a variety of high-quality fragrance oils, learning which scents pair beautifully together, to create a signature scent that is all their own. Then, hand-pour a clean-burning wax blend into a premium vessel, with guided instruction by our expert, Dayanne, with tips and tricks along the way.

To finish off the poured candle in an artful way, design your own custom candle label to reflect your style! It’s a wonderful creative escape to mix your own signature scent and take home a personalized piece that makes your space feel amazing.

This event is geared towards adult learners, but teens 13+ are welcome to join a parent or guardian.

Meet Your Instructor:

Dayanne Santiago is an artisan behind Dara’s Soapery. Specializing in luxury candle making, she works with a premium coconut apricot soy wax blend, phthalate and paraben-free fragrances. In her workshops, Dayanne loves helping students discover scents that evoke pure joy and experiencing their sense of accomplishment in creating something uniquely their own. Outside of the studio, she enjoys discovering new foods and making memories with her husband and two daughters.

Important Details:

Whether you're a complete novice or a seasoned crafter, this class is designed to inspire and excite you! Our beginner-friendly workshop is geared toward adult learners, but this particular instructor has PA clearances to safely work with teens (age 13+). Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian attend the workshop with them, and a signed liability waiver is required prior to class.
